BOARD |
Directs the business of the Co-op, ensures that all legal obligations are met and that all property is maintained. Supervises the financial affairs of the co-op, co-ordinates the reports of all committees, hires, directs, and dismisses employees. Approves membership applications. |
| FINANCE | Co-ordinates annual budget, handles arrears, deals with laundry revenue, bank reconciliations, long-term planning and collaboration with Housing Charge Assistance. |

LANDSCAPE |
A definite "hands-on" committee responsible for maintaining the grounds and parking lot throughout the year. Acquires bids and oversees construction of fences, tool shed, etc. Purchases and keeps track of landscape tools. |

MAINTENANCE |
Educates and assists members regarding: maintenance of units; responding to emergencies after office hours; organizes work parties, and is responsible for the ongoing upkeep of the buildings. |
| INSPECTIONS | Performs annual and move-in/move-out inspections; provides annual report to the maintenance committee. |
| MEMBERSHIP | Interviews applicants for membership; maintains waiting lists; up-dating every six months; assigns units and works with the co-ordinator. |
| OFFICE | Types minutes; update handbooks; copy and collate, etc. |
| NEWSLETTER | Produces monthly newsletter and Annual Report. |
| EDUCATION | Organizes at least two Information Meetings per year; orients new members and assists in education of members in all co-op areas. |
| MEMBER RELATIONS | Deals with by-law infractions and members' grievances; takes attendances at General Member Meetings; monitoring building halls. |
| SOCIAL | Administers Common Room policy; organizes social events. |

CAMPBELL KIDS, TWEENS, & TEENS |
Encourages a co-operative attitude amongst the young co-opers. Offers age-appropriate activities. |
| A.G.M. DELEGATE / ALTERNATE - C.H.F. | Attend meetings of area Federation and four day Canadian Housing Federation Annual Conference. |
| HOUSING CHARGE ASSISTANCE | Reviews applications for Housing Charge Assistance. |

LONG TERM PLANNING |
Develops a long term plan based on reports received from Maintenance, Landscape & Inspections committees. |
